• Long-distance towing

• Accident towing and vehicle recovery

• Winch-out and off-road recovery

• Junk car removal

Roadside assistance services include:

• Vehicle lockouts

All services are performed using modern, damage-free equipment whenever possible.

2. Service Availability

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Service availability may depend on weather conditions, traffic, road access, safety concerns, and equipment or driver availability. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Service pricing is based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the request.

• Final pricing may vary due to vehicle condition, distance, time of service (after-hours or emergency), recovery difficulty, or special equipment requirements.

• Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been approved.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding your vehicle, location, and service needs.

• Ensure clear, safe, and legal access to the vehicle.

• Remove or secure personal belongings prior to service.

North Texas Roadside Heroes is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

• Pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or worn components.

• Damage caused by unsafe environments, poor road conditions, weather hazards, or vehicle modifications.

• Issues resulting from manufacturer defects or low-clearance vehicles.

Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers must notify us immediately to cancel a service request.

• A cancellation or dispatch fee may apply if a driver has already been sent.

• Refunds are issued at our discretion and depend on service circumstances.
